Monthly Mini-Update for October!

It's still in a very rough form, but as is usual for the pre-release MMU, everything is in place where it belongs in the game. I'm not as worried about "spoilers" with this one as I was with the previews leading up to v0.43, most of the big "surprises" are in existing content, so I'm not gonna give any warnings about playing this one.
Cheats are enabled in the MMU versions, so you can reconfigure things as you like to try it out however you want, which may be a good idea for this one. In case you're not keeping track, this MMU now enables you to choose Naughty Lith as your final choice through the Steel Door, and follow that all the way through to the Final Endings.
Overall, v0.43 is looking to be on the smaller side, largely since v0.42 ate into its time and burned me out some, but I hope the new content is still worth the wait! Thanks for your help getting through all this, guys!
