Added 2024-01-05 19:02:30 +0000 UTCMy 2024 started with rest and working on my back. I remembered where the problem could have come from 😣 from August to October I started squatting with a weight of 30 kg. The physical therapy trainer said that apparently this was quite a lot for me (so now I need to do exercises twice a day, relax my muscles, my mind and relax more, which is what I am doing during these New Year holidays😁 Share with me, How did your year start, dear friends?
