It's the gorgeous debut of Opal + Watermelon Tourmaline! Featuring Fan Favorite Bennett + new Favorite Justin! We loved Pink Tourmaline, but for some reason the addition of green to create the watermelon effect won us over collectively. What do you think?

Look at them snuggling so tight! Is it because it's been super cold, or do you think they got along exceedingly well during this transformative session?

Watermelon Tourmaline is a type of Tourmaline that has a pink center and green perimeter around the outside, resembling a watermelon and it's rind. This is one of the very few stones where you can see the formation process etched into the mineral.

Honestly I'm happy with a LOT of photos from this shoot. We got solo shots of Justin, Bennett, and so much more! So what makes Opals so colorful?

"The scientific makeup of opal, referred to as SiO2·nH2O, unveils the secrets behind its enchanting play-of-color. Comprising hydrated silicon dioxide, a fusion of silica and water, opal’s appearance spans from colorless to dark grey and black. Yet, opal’s true enchantment arises from its dance of light featuring minuscule silica spheres embedded within the opal’s structure. This intricate interplay gives rise to a breathtaking kaleidoscope of rainbow hues, transforming as you change your viewing angle."
