2020-11-27 17:44:05 +0000 UTCI always thought the decision to flashback to Tommy's funeral was a bit odd too. The only reason I could think of was to parallel Tommy & Laurel's funeral at the start and end of the episode but showing Oliver's growth as a character by seeing him stand up at Laurel's funeral, whereas at Tommy's funeral, he walked away.
