New Tiers Ready!!! Polls starting!

Ok! I've think I've got them down now! Check out my homepage to check them out. I may change them in the future cause right now it's more a test than anything. I'll get into more detail later when I've a bit more time(I'm a bit of a rush to get this done because I'm writing this just before work)

most of the stuff will officially kick in next month, (due to the amount of work I have to do,) but what's going on right now is the polls!

suggestions will be open to everyone is month since it's just starting. So here's how it's going to work... every month I'll put up a poll with 3-5 characters with a certain theme and you guys will vote which one i'll do. (it'll be a fully colored/shaded picture,)

This month with it being so close to Halloween. Send me some suggestions on your favorite Halloween character, and I'll pick out 5 different ones and I'll leave you all to decide which one i'll do!

Leave your suggestions in the comments below (it would be very helpful if you provided a link for the picture reference as well). and let's get this started!

I'll post the Poll on the 27th of October so suggestions will be open till then!
