236 - Another World

"So this is where you set up the Oasis?" Anna asked with a delighted expression on her face as she watched Alex fiddling with the computer, making these changes to the parking lots to accommodate the car meets.

Smiling, Alex nodded. "Only if it's a big change or something I've never done before. If it's something simple or something I've already prepared, I can go into Oasis and control it myself from there, but if it's something big or new that didn't exist before, I have to use the computer to change those settings first."

"And where is the Oasis team?" Anna asked curiously.

"There is no team." Alex laughed, surprising her.

"There is no team? But who answers the tickets, the admins, the staff that takes care of the players?" She asked without understanding.

"All of Mojang's "employees" are AI, they are all controlled by the Oasis AI, both the employees in the in-person stores, the employees who answer questions, and the Admins who appear in the games from time to time." Alex replied.

"But how does Oasis manage to control so many AIs?" Anna asked.

"Only in ESW are there millions of NPCs with intelligences as realistic as real people, who do you think controls those NPCs? The only difference is that some people know they're NPCs and others think they're real people." Alex explained, causing Anna's eyes to widen.

"Woah... why did you make the Admins that appear in ESW so realistic? If it's an AI that controls everything, you wouldn't need the AI to pretend to be a person, right?" She asked.

"Imagining that real people are controlling the game is a lot less scary than thinking that everything around you is fake, isn't it? I programmed the AI to pretend to be a real person to make the players feel more comfortable." Alex explained, earning a nod from her as she sat on his lap.

Keeping control of the skill to deactivate her powers was getting easier for him, so Anna was enjoying every second they had together.

The problem for Alex was that after the "tour" he'd given her in his bedroom, Anna hadn't put any clothes on and was sitting on his lap with only his shirt over her, while her lower half wasn't even wearing panties.

Her beautiful, cool white skin rubbed against his bottom and made Alex control his body too much so he didn't throw her on the bed and spend the next few days just enjoying her.

But he still had a lot of things he wanted to do with her, so he got up from the chair with her on his lap and gently sat her down on the bed.

"Put on some comfortable clothes, we're going on that trip I told you about." Alex said affectionately as he opened his closet and took out some clothes to wear.

"What's it like there?" Anna asked curiously.

"It's like feudal Japan, have you ever heard of it?" Alex asked.

"Samurai style?" She replied uncertainly.

"Yes, samurai style, although they focus more on ninjas, but their ninjas are different from what you might imagine." Alex replied.

"How different?" she asked.

"You'll understand." Alex replied vaguely, wanting to see the reaction to the difference between her imagination and reality.

In no time, they were ready and climbed into the Bee, which was in the shape of the GTR Off Road.

Seeing how easily Alex drove through the trees, Anna was excited as she looked around.

As they drove through the cave, the only thing Anna noticed was that the trees looked a little different, but it took them a few more minutes to reach the Uzumaki village.

When the ninja saw Alex's car, a group of ninja quickly appeared and waved to Alex, who waved back and drove into the village.

Looking at the people who had appeared out of nowhere, Anna was shocked to realize that they could be the ninjas. "Those were the ninjas?"

"Yes, those ninjas are the guards who watch over their village." Alex explained and got a nod from Anna.

"Ahh, I forgot to tell you something." Alex said as he handed Anna a new cell phone.

"What is it?" She asked confused.

"The oasis in this world is different, since they didn't have an internet connection, I made a server for this world myself, which is somewhat connected to your world, but still has some differences." Alex explained while Anna listened attentively.

"So there are games here that don't exist in my world?" Anna asked excitedly.

"Yes, for now it's just a game, but it's a game almost as big as Elder Scrolls: Warcraft". Alex explained with a smile.

During the short time until they arrived at the village, Anna took the opportunity to check out the Oasis Forum of this world and to see about the Pokemon.

"Welcome, Daimyo Alex!" A ninja said as he appeared in front of Alex's car at the city gate.

Although there was a long line of people trying to get in, when they saw Alex's car, they quickly moved aside.

Hardly anyone had seen this car in person, but the photos of the Daimyo's car that created the Oasis were famous on the Oasis Forum, so even without seeing it in person, people knew who owned this car and quickly moved aside.

"Hey Takumi." Alex greeted him with a smile and a nod.

Realizing that Alex knew his name, Takumi Uzumaki put a big, proud smile on his face and led the way to Alex.

As Alex's car passed him, Takumi looked curiously at the passenger seat and was surprised by the beautiful girl sitting next to Alex.

Looking between this girl and Alex, Takumi gave an even bigger smile as if he realized something, but he didn't comment on it and just stepped aside to let Alex pass.

Every person who saw Alex's car nodded or even bowed in respect because of the cell phones and the oasis he had made, which made Anna very shocked.

"Are you a king in this world?" She asked uncomprehendingly.

"How do you think people would react in the Japan of your world if Notch showed up in person?" Alex asked, smiling.

Thinking about it, Anna realized that it was true. People would probably be very excited about Notch and treat him not only like these people treated him, but probably with even more respect and fanaticism.

So seeing people like that in this world was much more natural now that she had put herself in their shoes.

While Alex was driving, he saw that a Pokemon battle was taking place in the middle of the street in front of him, with a large crowd gathered to watch.

"Let's go see what's going on." Alex said as he got out of the car and approached with Anna.
