(really don't like that part) Some Batgirls live long enough to find their own way. And here we have almost the same situation. He has right in every point. But is he a cruel person? No, he just wants to protect everybody. Including her. However, Night Terror misses one point. She was here before him. Background network: equal. They meet again at every time she wants.

For all she as accomplished as a superhero, she would be better off getting a good tabletop superhero RPG like Champions and playing that for the action.
