Added 2022-03-19 16:19:44 +0000 UTCAfter over a month of headaches and a new $350 router, I finally have the motion capture figured out! This animation is actually 100% hand keyed but with motion capture used for reference. I think that is how I will mostly use the suit going forward but I decided to push the limit of what I can do with it in this first try. This animation is mostly to serve as a way to see what kind of quality I can make now vs. before.
This animation was easily the hardest one I have made but I like how it turned out, especially the end. I have ideas written down for about 5 or so animations I can make with the motion suit. Mostly in the form of some introductions to my videos but we'll see how the first couple turn out.

The suit isn't perfect either so I noticed I need to really exaggerate certain motions to get it to read better in the mocap data but yea, I need to practice moving as well. Definitely not used to moving like a sexy catgirl 😂
