2020-06-20 11:56:32 +0000 UTC2nd and 3rd Edition boxes were also £50, I remember getting a free paint set when I bought the 2nd Ed one and I sold so many of the 3rd and 4th Ed when at GW as a red shirt. To put it in perspective the Battle Forces were £40 at the time so it was pretty good value as the rulebook was £25.

2020-06-19 16:17:11 +0000 UTCoh the 3rd edition starter set was my first entry too, I remember fighting with my brother over who got to play space marines and immediately breaking the dark eldar models. I've had a 15 year break from the game but I've been lurking the game forums/news for a while and I'm thinking about picking up know no fear.
