Ah thanks for that! I keep on forgetting the Aquila isn't full-units... The captain sounds pretty nice too!

I am not afraid, though, for the light of the Emperor will guide our bolters to victory. Note: my spell-check always wants to make bolters bolsters! Bolsters just don’t pack the required firepower!

2020-09-01 23:30:03 +0000 UTCAT: though the Obsidian Aquila is usually an auto include for me too I have to point out that it is Models within 6" not units so it is a lot weaker than the Father of the future Apothecary. Also though not as obnoxious as the unkillable bike captain something I will try is the ultimate CC Salamanders captain: Indomitus Captain with Imperiums Sword, Anvil of Strength and the burning blade. Brings him to 7 S10 AP-5 D2 attacks on the charge which he can also reroll any or all of the dice for.
