My most regular opponent plays mostly Slaanesh Daemons, so I've gone up against them a lot. Syll'Eske is the model to be feared - unlike the KoS, as it's a character with <9 wounds (and often surrounded by a horde of Daemonettes) it's hard to target at distance, and by the time it's gotten close to you, it's really too late - and you still can't target it because now it's locked in melee with your favourite gunline. Best advice I'd give is (since they have a low armour save and low toughness) they rely on their invul save for protection - high strength and good AP are wasted here you need a high number of attacks - a hail of low power attacks works much, much better than a few big blasts.. Things like Aggressors and Heavy Onslaught Gatling Cannons are the way to go.
