Today we're talking cheap expendable units for performing actions and stealing table quarters...
Ive always been on the lookout for some use for some servitors in my blood angels army, company veterans were interesting for me to see on this list. Still new and glad to get these nice tips that help me build my narrative based armies.

I guess that after the recent point changes even Dire Avengers could be used for this? I imagine that the points changes will affect which units are the most efficient as junk units.

Skari uses two16 point Ur-Ghuls to great success as scrambler deployers. One of them deepstriking per Drukhari strat.

Sounds a bit more fluffy than hardline competitive to me, though that's not necessarily always a bad thing! Jump packs are pointed very cheaply at the moment so most people do tend to run them in comp builds. In the background I'd imagine sword brethren fight on foot though

Ruststalkers are great for this. They sit there, and if your lucky can hit hard at anything trying to ninja in and grab an objective. Bit like a spider in a web :)

I’ve prepared my Sword Brethren squad for BT (which no longer exist ruleswise but are friggin fluffy) as Company Veterans with a mix of power swords stormbolters thunder hammers and stormshields rather then Vanguard Vets. Bad choice? I just don’t like the idea of flying knights...
