Which Sisters Units to Review First?

I'll hopefully be making a few sisters vids when the new dex drops, what would you like to see a review of first? I'll certainly make the top 2-3 on the list, as well as some others if I get particularly interested in the rules!

Late to the party but I think the Dogmata is a real sleeper pick here. I think it's the strongest Priest the Sisters have (not many to choose from) and best suited to make the most out of the varied War Hymns. The ability to grant a unit obsec (or double obsec) seems very strong.

Agreed and welcomed...! Anything that overshadows the future mega men cosplayers is a win in my book ... And also... #ahhthedarkkin ;)

Palatine review would be especially interesting if you indulged in some speculation about what they COULD have done if they'd been willing to allow more options in her rules, like an inferno pistol, storm bolter, combiweapon, more melee weapon options, maybe even nonstandards like a power fist, etc.? Basically I saw someone speculate that the Palatine would be the Adepta Sororitas version of the Primaris Lieutenant, and that eventually they thought it likely that Games Workshop would release a few more, each with a different pose and load-out. After all, it does seem a little odd that the Palatine would have fewer wargear options than a standard Sister Superior.

I've just seen some screenshots of the datasheets in the new codex. The new Celestian Sacresants have CORE. That suggests that Celestians and Dominions will also have CORE. Sisters Repentia appear to have CORE as well. Was not expecting Pargaon Warsuits to have CORE, so that's interesting? So that's more units with CORE than I thought there would be... not sure if there are more?

I haven't read the new codex yet but isn't the only core unit right now the battle sister squad? Also, the lack of any real way to get into sisters of battle made me sad. I'm new to 40k and they were the army I wanted to build. unfortunately due to the ease of access of other factions I ended up with necrons instead (which wouldve been my second army anyways but not the one I wanted to start off with)

"Start Collecting" is an especially good idea. Might need to wait until the last of the minis are released, possibly until a Combat Patrol box is revealed, in order to give more thorough advice. Anyway, yes, there will be about a hundred people asking this on Reddit. This way, we can just link them to your YouTube video about it.

I'm liking the diversity in the roster

Anyone else feel like the all of the Codex releases in 2021 have substantial and obvious power creep from the ones released in 2020? It seems like most of what feels unique and strong about Space Marines is being overshadowed in the newer books and Necrons aren’t faring much better.

I really want a sister infantry army with the Valor heart and imaginfier. I like the idea of them marching through enemy fire.

Probably going to go nuts on the pre orders this weekend regardless but really looking forward to hearing what you have to say!

Looking forward to this one as I’ve got a sisters army on deck after finishing up the Imperial Guard and Ultramarines armies.
