Easily one of the most overpowered combos in the game currently.

Each attack does +1 Damage compared to its usual Damage stat. Then when that damage is allocated to the C'tan, it ignores half of that total damage

2024-01-04 16:29:34 +0000 UTCI often play my templars vs the Tyranids of a friend of mine. Whenever he sees helbrecht and his boys set up, he tries his best to destroy their transport or do the sustained hits vs infantry, killing maybe one marine, before having one of his important units destroyed. I call them the kill brick, and i love them. If they are being charged by something scary they are however mostly gone.

2024-01-04 06:49:45 +0000 UTCI run this unit and a captain (sigismunds seal), lieutenant and 5 sword brethren, both charging out of a land raider crusader, both these units will drop everything they charge, I run with accept any challenge vow for sustained hits.

2024-01-03 22:39:49 +0000 UTCI stumbled upon this a few months back and used it for the first time in a game against a buddy using Death Guard. They killed Mortarion and 20 Plague Marines in turn 1, and turn 2 killed Typhus and 20 Poxwalkers. Helbrect, Castellan, and 3 SB remained. It’s incredibly powerful

2024-01-03 21:45:27 +0000 UTCThe add 1 damage vs c'tan. Wouldn't it be halving the damage and then the 1 added? So the math is different vs ctan or avatar
