Thanksgiving Day!

Thanks right! I was so goddamn sick that I missed out on the big feast!! (Nothing serious, just a really back cold) And to top it off! I had to go into work on the busiest day of the year...Black Friday.
Now, I would have called in sick, but unfortunately for that day it was non-negotiable. It was awful, I was sneezing so hard that it hurt! (I was wearing a mask, but it was so full of mucus at the end of the shift that made me even sicker) I was trying so hard to focus but it was so overwhelming with people. Tried to keep my distance from everyone, but was hard to do when the building is packed with people who's demanding an off brand, 40% Dinosaur toy that'll most likely break the second you touch it, and then throw a fit when told it was sold out hours ago!
Sorry for the rant, it was quite the experience...
I'm feeling much better now! Little sniffles, nothing serious! Although I wanted to get some things done over the weekend, but that didn't end up happening. So I'll be back to posting tomorrow!

Sounds like all of you got food poisoning which even if you all had different foods, if they aren't handled properly they can still have the same danger as raw food

2021-11-29 14:05:52 +0000 UTCIt's funny you say you were sick on Thanksgiving because myself and 6 other of my work friends and some random others I was chatting with locally all somehow got the same stomach something that made us all vomit for hours. Not like a cold or anything but something food related and we all had different foods. And I keep hearing more and more people experiencing the same thing. I am very curious what's been going on
