Did you have a lot of new patrons who stopped supporting on the last day before billing? Some creators are switching to the pre-billing method that Patreon introduced in January to keep people from scamming them so easily. It's something you might want to consider. Some people don't like it, but I think it's how Patreon should have worked all along.
