Probably not since Nasu is very explicit about Shirou's story being over, we have gotten other versions of Archer such as EMIYA Alter in FGO or No Name in Extra, but those are more deviations of the Archer Emiya as opposed to adult Shirou, we did get him as a 20 year old in the most recent volume The Adventures of Lord El-Melloi II novel series, although that series is very coy with what route it follows almost like an in between of UBW Shirou and Fate Route Shirou.

Luvia originally appeared in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia the Visual novel sequel to Stay Night (no anime adaption sadly) she also shows up as a supporting character in Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya and the Case files of Lord El-Melloi II. Also the guy Shirou talked to near the end that you said looked like snape is Lord El-Melloi II.

2024-01-14 10:11:57 +0000 UTCAnswering your question: No, this Shirou (or any of the Shirous in Fate/Stay Night), as stated by the author, has a near 0% chance of becoming the Archer we see in any of the routes. Having met Archer in this route, and refining his ideals against what Archer became, means that he's unlikely to make the decisions that led his alternate version to become a Heroic Spirit. He also even changed Archer's mind and re-motivating him to carry on his work as a Counter Guardian. The reason he never becomes him is different in every route (given that they end drastically different), so I won't spoil what happens in the others, but yeah!
