Diagnoses:
Right elbow dislocation
Findings:
The patient stumbled over a bar and supported herself with both arms. She now comes with the ambulance. She has pain in her right elbow.
It is a malposition of the right elbow with painful restriction of movement.
X-ray findings:
X-ray of the right elbow: Dorsal elbow dislocation.
X-ray after reduction in cast: Regular position of the elbow joint, no concomitant injury after reduction.
Therapy:
Examination, consultation, reduction under general anesthesia. Pain therapy. Immobilization in a long arm cast on the right.
