Neue Rubrik: „Sag mal…“ | New section: „Tell me…“

Hey ihr Schlawiner, ab und zu werde ich euch ab jetzt an dieser Stelle entweder etwas erzählen, was mich beschäftigt, oder euch zu einem Thema befragen. Einverstanden? ^^

Für den Einstieg dachte ich mir, dass es euch vielleicht interessiert, wie mein Job aktuell aussieht.

Seit über zwei Jahren ist meine ganz offizielle Berufsbezeichnung „Künstlerin“. Ihr müsst euch also vorstellen, dass eine deutsche Institution – nennen wir es einmal Behörde – die sich sonst eher mit Malern, Schriftstellern oder z.B. Pianisten befasst, sich mit ALEXANDRA FOOTAGE auseinandergesetzt hat. Und zu dem Urteil gekommen ist: „Jawoll, das ist Kunst!“
Das war ein tolles Gefühl. Vielleicht freut es euch ja zu hören, dass euch diese Tatsache zu Mäzenen macht (Mäzen = Person, die [einen] Künstler oder Sportler bzw. Kunst, Kultur oder Sport mit finanziellen Mitteln fördert). Und die englische Übersetzung lautet, wie sollte es anders sein: Patron! ^^
Als Ein-Frau-Unternehmen erledige ich sehr vieles selbst: Ideen für Videos, Bilderserien und Hörspiele ersinnen, texten, Untertitel erstellen, Bildbearbeitung und Videoschnitt, Social Media und Buchhaltung. Wenn ich nicht selbst vor der Kamera stehe, befinde ich mich sehr gern dahinter, wie z.B. für die Yogalehrerin-Serie.
Besonders wichtig ist mir, wie ihr bestimmt schon bemerkt habt, die Stimmung, die ein Video bzw. eine Patreon-Serie vermittelt. Am schönsten finde ich es, wenn alles ganz natürlich wirkt und genug Spielraum für euer Kopfkino bleibt. Manchmal bin ich dabei sehr detailverliebt und wählerisch. So kommt es auch schonmal vor, dass ich über eine Stunde lang die passende Musik für eine Patreonfolge aussuche...
Da der Fokus meiner Arbeit seit diesem Jahr ganz klar auf Cast unique / Patreon liegt, hoffe ich, dass ihr euch hier nach wie vor wohlfühlt und ich euch weiterhin mit neuen Inhalten erfreuen darf! Ich meinerseits freue mich immer über Likes, Kommentare und Anregungen.

Hey guys, every now and then I will either tell you something that concerns me or ask you about a topic. Agreed? ^^

To get started, I thought that you might be interested in what my job currently looks like.

For over two years now, my official job title has been "artist". So you have to imagine that a German institution - let's call it an authority - which usually deals more with painters, writers or e.g. pianists, has checked ALEXANDRA FOOTAGE. And they came to the conclusion: "Well, yes, this is art!“
That was a great feeling. Perhaps you will also be pleased to hear that thanks to this fact you can consider yourself an art investor! ^^
As a one-woman company I do a lot of things myself: I create ideas for videos, picture series and audio dramas, write Textsand subtitles, do image and video editing, social media and accounting. When I'm not in front of the camera myself, I enjoy to be behind it, like for the yoga teacher series.
Especially important to me, as you have probably already noticed, is the mood that a video or Patreon series conveys. I find it most beautiful when everything seems completely natural and when there is enough room for your brain’s „mental cinema“. Sometimes I'm very fussy and fond of details. That's why I sometimes spend more than an hour selecting the right music for a an episode of a Patreon series...
Since the focus of my work since this year is clearly Cast unique / Patreon, I hope that you still feel comfortable here and that I can continue to delight you with new content! For my part I am always happy about likes, comments and suggestions.
