Though the worst tattoos are defintely the ones that supposed to be great art, like a portrait, but is terribly drawn. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good the tattoo artist is if they're getting poop on paper to work with. ๐ฉ
Though sometimes people really don't have any regrets. I made a horde tattoo on my left ancle when I was like 22. No regrets. I played World of Warcraft for 5 years - it deserves its spot!
