Bruce and Carlo's wives bought this place for them so they will be forever married to keep up with this lifestyle. Hope we see her point of view in this (looks like it) with her supporting his happiness. As for Bart, Nobu, and Barry, I think they're in a three-way relationship/marriage since it's a time-skip, I like following storylines down the path, even hidden ones that are unseen. It's important to try to juggle romance and drama together to keep the audience entertained especially since the first story contained sex, even if the sex is less sexy this time.

About your questions: Marriage is only for straight couples (arranged marriages of course, no love involved at all). Regard a possible orgy, sorry, but not this time. There will be some explicit scenes but they won't be the focus of this chapter.
