I've been beavering away with the attackers too: I've got 19 characters now, which sounds like it won't be enough, but these are just the ones who'll be seen in what I'm thinking of as the 'training montage'. There'll be plenty of other figures as well, but the nature of how I see the fight playing out is that most of those will be seen once, or will be far enough back and obscured enough by their gear and the underwater effects, that you won't really make out much detail with them. I've been working on poses too: Swimming and shooting poses for the underwater scenes.

Having finished a few of the montage scenes now, I think I'll be using a comic-strip format for this, like with the Cowgirls and Surgical Strike II: There's just too much detail and characterisation happening in one scene to miss the opportunity to do some close-ups as well. I've finished three of the montage scenes now: The Pilates gym (something weird going on with the tights here- will need to fix that); the weights and running gym; and the swimming pool. I need to finish the knife training and come up with a few others.

Really liking the idea of an underwater spear-gun range one. Maybe with an aquarium-style viewing gallery, so that the buyer can see what's happening?
