Life Update

If you didnt know for the past 2 ish years ive been a truck driver and been extremely enjoying the job. My schedule especially. I was 2nd shift and it was great and so was my pay! I was happy to make it my career and truck my way to retirement.
Unfortunately now however, due to things out of my control, the company i work with is transferring me to a different department. Right now im temporarily in a limbo position on a morning shift and really loathing it. Its been extremely tough.
I am not sure where ill end up in the company yet. But just glad im still employed and I havent lost my health services or my retirement. Buttt im also really bummed im probably never going to see 2nd shift again. That kind of schedule worked wonders on my mental well being. I first got turned on by it when I worked at a Gay Bath House for a few years (miss that job, but I need to have heath care and retirement lmao).
Its going to take a while for me to adjust back to working mornings. My posts may be at weird hours or there may be strings of days I dont post. I apologize ahead of time.

Sucks to hear what’s going on man. Glad to hear you still have a job tho. Many haven’t been that lucky. Due to economic conditions lately I lost my job. Hope all turns out well for you 🫂

I went through something similar, I worked for a company that I loved and that had great benefits until my branch got sold to another company that I hated working for and had worse benefits. I hope you get moved to something more fulfilling or find something better ❤️
