My best bet is that she made a deal with Clarisse in getting Lug to spend as much time with Theo as possible., that's why she keeps insisting. We don't know how many times she had done this though

There are certain vibes I can get if you look at the right angles. Building up people is like setting them up on the right path

PhanPhans seems pretty confident about asking to have friends over and his mom gave a wink of approval as if she's playing along and Theo is disappointed now cause he can't get peace with his man for a second like he was planning. New sub-plot coming with Lug and Gerald?
