My camera has been found.
It's fine. In fact, it's perfect. Because I left it at my friend's house in Portland accidentally. I was certain I had put it into the back of my friend's truck. In fact, I think that I *DID* put it into my friend's truck, decided that was a dumb place to put it, and returned it to the inside of the house.
I'm SO glad - what a damned idiot I am. But at least it's going to be coming home to me soon.

But - explaining that "oopsie" to the PPB and your insurance agent should be "interesting" - hopefully they'll, respectively, be understanding/forgiving of a tourist excited to be in Portland (that is, spending money) and that they have an honest client that isn't trying to scam them (though you may get an "are you sure?" with the next claim you file).
