Corwin Prescott and I shot 9 years ago when he and his then-girlfriend Nicole Vaunt lived in a great artist's commune of an apartment building in Philly, and ever since, I have wanted to reconnect to shoot. The opportunity finally came when I ended up in Portland last month when both Sienna Hayes and I were in town at the same time for this shoot to materialize! Wouldn't you know it, I had just finished doing my hair and makeup when a big mean cloud showed up and emptied its entirety on Portland? It was exhilarating (if a little terrifying) to run through an open field while thunder boomed and near-constant lightning flashed above us to pose with this goddess. Suddenly, the rain was overtaken by hail and we pressed on in pursuit of the perfect photo. You can see this image - and many more - for Corwin's project 'Into The Wild' in the August 2019 folder!
