Yes. In fact, there's a scene I cut from the script where Theo mentions that. They both entered the room and Theo would mention that it is exactly the same as his brother's room, but much cleaner and emptier. Lug would then say that all the buildings in the area followed the same design. In the end I thought it would extend the whole situation too much and I prefer to make a time skip directly to this scene.
