October '19 Update

At 1st i was worried about the size of the workload coming off my two week "medical leave?" but things have worked out do to the patience and support of you all along with the commissioners so thank you for that as well. As you know I give early access to all tiers on a weekly basis so all patrons will be the 1st to see the commissions in each stage of development. I've got enough work to last us til March 2020 at this point so look forward to those scheduled updates you've been  

Not sure if i let you howdies know but a few weeks ago I was having pain in my wrist, thumb and shoulder. I had some how overworked them all at once and developed some kinda repetitive muscle pain. I got it checked out and left the doctors with a notice to stay away from work for 2 weeks, a brace and some pain meds.

But again, that was a few weeks ago. I'm not 100% currently but its way better than it was before so I'm still getttin into work fillin out requests, commissions and other patreon goodies. Thanks for stickin with me.

THE COMMISSIONS

I opened up commissions recently and semi on accident. I was updating my commission listings to take into account the paypal tax/charge, making it plain to see so people wouldnt get confused about the fund transfers. As I finished setting the page up on deviantart I accidentally set the update to notify all my deviantart followers.

THE PLAN  

Now that I've got a few months backlogged Ive got some newish ideas on how run things for a while.

1st: Dedicate a whole month to the request tier

I know for a fact that I have  been sluggish when it comes to updating you all on your requested images and I have no excuse for that. You all are the reason I'm able to call this a job and inbetween the commissions and maintaining the guidelines I've set here by making sure you supporters get the early access and weekly updates you deserve I've unintentionally pushed requests back more and more.

So since I'm backlogged and have more room to breathe, I plan on making December the month to start devoting more of my attetion to the list of requests you've all provided. I'm caught between two choices of keeping the weekly upload schedule or providing a piece everyday of the month for December, like inktober but with your requests, a real festive situation.

Now you may think that the everyday drawings may be better, but if we stick with the weekly upload scheduling we have now, every tier will receive a drawing on Wed-Fri and there would be multiple uploads on some of those days so let me know what you all thin- actually I'll make a poll, ye thats a better idea.


2nd: YCH??

So in case you all haven't heard there is an amazing artist by the name of Swampyart who has a patreon, deviantart, twitter and furaffinity! They are a great friend of mine who I got to talk to recently about YCH stuff.

The reason I never made any YCH work was because I was unsure if i could keep growing from workin on the same pose and also didnt think there was any "consumer" interest in it.

I was wrong.

Apparently its not only highly popular but is great exercise for making up character/emotion driven poses.

That being said I wanted to hear all of your thought on the matter when it comes to opening up YCH commissions and seeing if it could go some place. I'm always down to try something new but was/am unsure how it'll be received by you folks.


AND that about wraps up all my thoughts and plans and latest news on the current events on my mind. Please do be a stranger or feel as though you don't think I'll read your comments. I want this to be a place weirdos like us can enjoy so feel free to speak on whatever you wish to discuss or ask questions about. I majorly appreciate the sense of direction in the midst of still not knowing what I'm doin after like 4 years or whatever.
