Teaching Brent Photography
Added 2023-04-04 06:36:58 +0000 UTCThe past seven months have been so beautiful in that I have been exploring a new life and relationship with my partner, Brent, in San Francisco. When I was invited back to Hawaii this year with MB Photography Retreat, I was asked whether I knew a good cook and I offered Brent up; the man is a wonderful chef and was only too happy to come along to Hawaii with our merry group. (What a tough life).
While there, between his meal planning and my driving, we often found ourselves with a little spare time to play with my cameras, so Kevin and I showed him the ropes... turns out he's a natural! Despite the fact that this was Brent's first time *ever* using a DSLR/professional camera, I and all the other photographers on the retreat were very impressed!
Here, I edited one of his portraits of me (with his permission, of course). ;)
