The episode has been green lit so there's nothing to remove. All scenes are done, the premiere is scheduled (If you wanna catch it live, check the channel at 5pm EDT), and the uncensored Patreon version is being rendered out right now. (I'll post when it's uploaded into the folder for you guys)
The sex scenes came out to be 4-5 minutes long so the full Patreon episode is 27 mins long in comparison to the censored YouTube version which is 22 mins long.
