Life is Difficult for Belle. Her best friend and confidant, Wan-Ting, is the only one that knows about her powers. This is both a gift and a curse, because Ting is otherwise self-absorbed and loves messing with her would-be heroine. Which leads to her eventual discovery of Belle's emotional weakness (Almost power-breaking like Kryptonite): Pteronophobia: The fear of being Tickled by Feathers. There's just something about the idea of being tickled by feathers that disarms our heroine and drops her into a listless shock, essentially de-powering her and making her the ideal victim for what she fears most. While in shock she still remains feather ticklish, but will not however fight back. Wan-Ting finds this side of her friend most amusing, but honors her friend by ensuring this never actually happens. Of course, she still finds other ways to torment Belle, hiding behind the guise of further training to control her responses and reactions of other playful individuals that are ignorant of her star-crushing might.
