You can find this bitch chilling on her own, "Private Island" on Route 7, just outside the Wela Volcano Park. Like opposite of it, just take Lapras to the right side of the map, around the path, and you'll find her.
She'll be a smartass, then take on your 6 Pokemon with 2, and most likely get decimated by your first throw... and then act like she has any right to keep talking shit.
I mean... WTF!
But don't worry guys and gals. We set her straight.
