Martsie vs Android 21 Update (Thumbnails, Tests, Video Length)

hey hey! new update here for ya guys!

let's start with the thumbnail stuff.

BAM!

I recently checked the poll that I put up for the decision with Thumbnail 1 and I saw how heavily one sided the voting was so I went with that winning option. It was literally 100% - 0% XD. So with that out the way I can happily announce that all 3 thumbnails for the project are complete and ready to be used!

Of course if I end up tweaking anything then I'll be sure to let that be known; nothing major though. I'll probably post this graphic to the public next month to "build hype".

Next in line is... hmm let me read the script.... Music & tests!

I recently finalized my decision on what songs I want to use throughout the video. Song that fit with the scenario, sound effects, and emotion behind the VA's delivery(ies). I spent SOOOO many hours sifting through songs and being picky about what worked and what didn't BUT FINALLY IT'S DONE. So after I picked the songs, I put them in place under the vocals & sound effects, closed whatever gaps of space there were left over, and rendered out a dummy video of the project. Why? Well for one reason of course...

THE COPYRIGHT TEST!!!

I tossed the dummy video into YouTube's system for a full audio scan and these are the results. Now of course with me using so many songs I was bound to have something get dinged for copyright, but these results are better than I expected! Only 2 songs were affected!

Funnily enough, both songs are My Hero Academia songs (The 3rd one I used didn't get picked up I guess xD) so I guess that's what I get for putting them in a Dragon Ball project hehehe but the good news is that I only have to swap these 2 songs for the YouTube version of the video. So the uncensored version that I post here will keep the songs I chose originally. I CAN change the 2 songs on the uncensored as well but there's a moment in the video that uses the Eri song from MHA and I really like that song for that scene so I'm gonna keep it. The other song is completely replaceable though. But yeah, uncensored video will have my original choices, YouTube version will have the copyright-friendly substitutes.

Now lets talk about the video length!

In a previous post i gave you guys an estimate of the dub being a little over 15 minutes long. Well now I have a much more accurate time: 16 minutes 20 seconds.

Yup! The whole video might be 17-18 minutes in length (intro and outro will add time to it) but the actual comic dub itself will be 16m 20s long. As far as the YouTube version goes, I have no idea how long that one will be just yet since I haven't made a censored version of the video. Aside from the spicy scene towards the end (which is about 2mins in length), there isn't too much that I will have to cut from the YouTube version. It's more of a censor job than a cut job since the entire second half of the comic has the girls fighting with their tits out xD

July is the month! It's almost timeeee!!! Remember this will come out on a Friday, so even if i'm unable to get it out on the 11th, we still have the 18th and the 25th as backup dates. I'll update you again soon. Maybe with some visuals (?)
