No Refund Policy
Added 2018-10-03 15:45:48 +0000 UTCToday, it was requested openly for all to read, that a refund be given for possibly fraudulent use of an individual’s card.
Due to the nature of my work, money cannot be returned as the product in question cannot be returned.
If anyone ever feels that a possibly fraudulent payment has been made: you are advised to contact your bank so that they can resolve the issue properly.

Yes that is a bank issue, but I'm surprised they contacted you directly, or did they take up the issue with Patreon?
