As for Charlie, she's a resident of hell that's working with her girlfriend (Also in the video... you'll know the one.) to open a Hotel that rehabilitates sinners.
Anywho, this here is a rather... unexpected commission! Apparently Charlie is in a fucked up bathroom in hell where she's forced to give footjobs through a glory hole.
The commissioner was VERY SPECIFIC about what her expression would be. (Like, down to the last line!)
