Medical Checkup Results. 😬
Added 2021-12-07 14:36:59 +0000 UTCSo, I had a health checkup a few days ago, and everything checked out except for a buildup of plaque in my heart. Less than 25%.
I’ve spent the last few days enjoying myself with my wife, and have entirely switched my diet over to something 100% more healthy.
This is my own doing. Due to my obsession with pizza and hamburgers. 😬
I have now officially retired from eating pizza, beef and the like. I will also be returning to the gym to get back my 40 beats heart rate by running and cycling.
I was told that the plaque is permanent, but I was also told the bone spurs in my neck were permanent… and they no longer appear in any tests.
So, wish me luck!
