scraps and wips

A veeeery bad habit of mine is to try to salvage drawings when I'm not satisfied with em, I actually don't like sharing WIPs too much, or at least struggle with picking what to share since I don't like showing something that won't ever be finished.. especially if it's something someone was looking forward to being done
Something I do to attempt to fix things is to try slight variations different palettes etc etc (as shown in the Angie drafts) but none of that will fix a compositionally weak piece... After recently scrapping that and the Krea piece back to back it made me realize that it's a genuine problem in my workflow and I gotta just learn to take the L in some pieces and just remake them into something more interesting instead of endlessly polishing something that is not up to my personal standard.
While you could argue the Krea drawing was done if not well on it's way to completion there's a lot of things that I don't like about it, from more objective points of views such as disatisfaction with colors etc to more personal rules that I set for myself, but I'll go more in depth on it on a text post after I finish the new version of it... on the bright side you all can see what her fur patterns look like lol
It's not all doom and gloom though, the last 2 WIPs in these post aren't scrapped. While I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish the Milk and Choko this month, the Angie sneak peek on the last image is something you can expect to see later today! 
I don't like leaving drawings behind, especially after all the work that's been put into them, even if I decide to scrap them, so I figured sharing some of them would be a good way to at least give them a little spotlight!
