It's my birthday in a couple of days, so we made this set to celebrate. I hope that answers every single question you might have about why we bought 30 black latex balloons and did an entire set with them.
There are no further inquiries to be had regarding this. We definitely didn't do this because some people might be into latex that inflates. What, we'd do that sort of thing? Noooo.
