1. Do not buy custom videos with the iOS Patreon app

When you purchase a custom from the patreon digital store, please make sure you don't purchase on the Patreon iOS app as it will charge you extra.
Please buy on the website instead. I don't want you to have to pay more than you have to.

2. Custom requests

Anyone who is a free member and wants to request a custom video/character will have to contact me through email because I can't message free members here.

So from now on if you're a free member, please submit the form and then select "email" as the method of communcation. I will contact you through email regardless because I can't message you.

There's a few of you who have submitted requests but I can't contact you so I sent an email to the email you listed in the form, please check your spam!
