Manatear setting details : Collars
Added 2022-02-14 03:41:20 +0000 UTCREPOST BECAUSE I AM A DUMMY, and didn't put it on early access for a week. Patrons will get more exclusive art later but this is like setting fill out, I don't feel like this is suitable for exclusivity.
Here have a bunch of minor details with the collars. And lo, it is now dictated canon that locals don't care about collars but ex-human foreign spellfluxed are just like "BUT ASSOCIATION"
I partially blame barcode for doing this right away, but thought were mused on and thus this now exists.
Extremely tangential with the monthly subject due to collar frequency with drones.
