I dunno how into Rati fans were after only an Issue and a few lines, but I actually really liked her. Always lame to murder cool characters. Having flashbacks to the hyena detective from Issue 4...

if we are talking Hydrogen a little goes a long way My dad filled a weather balloon with hydrogen and a wick tail and let it go... they picked up the explosion(Implosion) on seismographs 15 Miles away set off an earthquake alert.... at environment Canada. In this comic that is liquid in that tube probably feeds the reactor powering that base.it is Under pressure to keep in liquid so all she would have to do is compromise the glass however it would only go so fare as there is oxygen to react with. since they had just turned the Enviro system on there might not be enough to compromise the glassed Tunnels. so possibly only her and the peace in that room where destroyed.
