They are on scale with the normal typical bug scale in the manatear, so "Bug sized" means spellfluxed bugs.
To get through their territory safely, you just gotta be purposeful about not getting sidetracked, and don't mess with any of their machines.

they mostly end up being an oasis within a barren wasteland sort of scenario. They are really easy to find while travelling in those places because their macro af tree that is the center of their hive stands out.

Nothing really strictly restricts them from using whatever TF method to turn into "not a slime", but it'll be harder than normal for it to take hold. Vectors themed around using the spellfluxed as a component in like mold making vectors would have no issue though.

Do they come into conflict a lot with other landscape altering forces, like other transients or hives, or civilizing spellfluxed?
