Golden Mask - Mysterious place

It was clean and the floor was neatly tiled, which looked completely out of place in this mysterious, abandoned place.
"What is this place?.." she thought in confusion, looking around anxiously. "Where did I end up?"
Realizing that she had little time, Suzanne took a deep breath and stepped forward. Her heart beat in unison with the rhythm of her steps, and the sound of her heels echoed, cutting through the silence of the deserted hallway. The girl saw many numbered closed doors. Squinting, she peered at the numbers, running her eyes over the signs in search of the right number, feeling the tension grip her with each step.
