The GYN was very kind, understanding, and helpful. I was quite stressed about it beforehand because the majority of doctors, including women's health care specialists, don't have much knowledge in the area of women's post productive years. They don't receive much training. Even this doctor said he wasn't taught about it. He researched for himself after being told by numerous women that musculoskeletal issues are a big deal in perimenopause/ menopause/ post menopause.

I'll keep y'all informed! Consider these types of posts as teaching posts. It's important for men to know about this stuff. It will help you to understand the women in your life and your ability to support them.❤️
