Woo hoo!!
Added 2024-12-07 16:09:30 +0000 UTCI got 9 hours of sleep. Woo hoo!! I woke up twice, I think, and went right back to sleep. My tummy is no longer upset from last night; i feel good. I would LOVE it if this estrogen/progestin combipatch helps me to sleep. The doctor said it takes about 3 to 4 weeks before things start to change, but some women feel better almost instantly. Maybe it's psychological. Either way, I'm hopeful! I feel happier than I've been, but maybe it's psychological. Just the stress relief of finally receiving some help makes a difference, I'm sure. Maybe I'll feel like grinning again!
