Basically if the other performs great during sex, they โearnโ stickers, that they can then ask for a specific sexual favor (like the costume Harveyโs wearing). Harvey like charts and order, and Donny loves the praise that comes from earning sticker stars lol. Itโs all consensual, light, and just meant to keep things interesting. โจ
(For more context, it started off as a joke when Harvey gave donny a random sticker for doing a good job one night. And from there it spiraled into a game they enjoy lol.)
