Itโs currently very late where I live, (about 11 pm because Iโm a night owl these days! ๐) but I wanted to share some progress on the skin tutorial with you! ๐ฅฐ
Since this monthโs tutorial video will be all about how to paint skin & how to render different skin tones, I prepared some sketches today that are based on 3 different skin tones which Iโll be coloring in the video ๐ and I included the references in this post that Iโll be using in the video for inspiration! โจ There are so many variations of skin tones in the world, so Iโm doing my best to cover techniques that will help you guys paint any skin tone ๐ฅฐ๐ Iโm working on the filming now and will continue filming tomorrow! ๐ฅ
In other news, Iโm super excited because the June studio vlog is DONE ๐๐
Itโs a cozy video with a little bookstore adventure, unboxing prints for the studio, getting a new fiddle leaf tree, and lots of drawing ๐ Iโll be posting it tomorrow for all Devoted Dragonfly patrons!!โจ
Anyways, itโs gonna be a big day of filming tomorrow so I gotta sleep ๐ฆ I hope youโre all having a lovely day/night ๐โจ
