Sketching Moods ๐โจ Drawing Process! ๐

I wanted to share the process video of my recent moody sketches! I sketched these to practice drawing emotions, something I want to focus on more now ๐ฅฐ I love the idea of capturing a personality in a character and creating feelings that others can relate with! ๐๐ผ
Something cool that I learned from this process was how to draw multiple characters more quickly, and it has changed the whole way I think about drawing stuff like this! Basically, instead of rendering one pose at a time and moving onto each one individually, I'll render all of them at the same time in a step-by-step fashion; so for example, I'll complete all the base colors on each one first, then do all the shadows on each one after that, etc! It made the whole process so much faster! Normally character sheets like this would take me sooo long to finish and I felt overwhelmed ๐ but these only took me about 2 hours! So you'll get to see how I work on each pose at the same time in this video ๐ฅฐ

You totally should!! ๐ it helps to use the lasso tool to quickly add the colors, it also results in a more simple style which helps the process go faster too ๐ฅฐ
