[SCP] 2 - A...strange visitor

[Will have a Cafe chapter posted tomorrow]

[A/N: Before this chapter begins, I want to say I am pretty much a beginner when it comes to the Waifu Catalog, meaning if you have any tips or any ideas of how exactly my build should work and its capabilities, let me know, for example, I am trying to understand exactly what Omens can and should be capable of doing, same with any suggestions you may have for SCP, I am but one man, after all]

Before long I reached the edges of town and carelessly walked into the town, not realizing I was already getting quite a few stares, especially due to my dark and little clothing for such a cold environment.

Of course, I may have completely forgotten about my more...inhuman features, such as my eyes, beautiful face with sharp facial features, my strange outfit, and then there was the aura that was emitted from my form, subconsciously warning those who looked at me that I was dangerous...but I didn't notice this, so I continued happily walking down the street, humming some tunes that came out far more...ethereal without me noticing.

People retreated back into their homes, quickly hid, and before I knew it, the once lively town became dead silent.

Or at least, the part I found myself in.

To my luck, I soon found a dinner, why such a small town had one, I did not know, I figured there would be no dining establishments in such an outpost on the fringes of civilization, but who am I to judge?

I am a hungry man, and I wasn't going to let this opportunity pass.

With a smile, I couldn't help but start an ominous whistle.

[A/N: The same whistle Death used in Puss in Boots]

Slowly walking into the dinner, the door slowly creaked open, causing everyone who was eating inside, to freeze, as a sudden dread washed over their senses.

Those who were not frozen completely in fear were the first to turn and gaze toward the door, where their instincts were set ablaze upon laying their eyes upon my 'normal' form.

My gaze swept over all of them, smile still on my face, and greeted them, "What a wonderful day we're having! Say, do y'all happen to serve anything with meat here?"

Without even realizing it, my mouth subconsciously began to shift, forming a maw of razor-sharp teeth, before quickly returning to normal, and while I may have not noticed it, the customers and people staring at me,

certainly did, as their faces paled and bodies stiffened.

The atmosphere of the room was dead silent, as no one made so much as a move, as if to prevent themself from being targeted.

Walking forward, my gaze wandered over everyone's food, and I couldn't help but smile even more when I saw steaks of some kind on some of the men's plates.

"Wonderful, it does look like you guys have some meat, mind if I get a plate?" I asked, focusing my attention on who looked to be the chef.

That's when I heard the door opening, and turning around, showed it to be one of the customers who dashed away from the scene in a panic.

Not paying much heed to it, I focused back on the chef, who grew quite pale, almost to the point where he could be confused with a ghost.

Motioning over to the kitchen, the man shook before cooking as if his life was dependent on it.

...

Meanwhile, that very same customer who dashed out of the dinner could be seen running away as far as they could before stopping, out of breath.

Only then did they seem to pull out a satellite phone from their pocket.

"Come in! Come in! This Agent Utah! My passcode is Zero-Eight-Niner-Foxtrot-Zulu! Come in! I have a code red! I repeat I have a code red! I need backup, now!"

...

Eating what turned out to be a deer steak of all things along with a nice helping of greasy fries while sitting in the corner, I couldn't help but feel a little blissful as I finally got something to eat and no one else staring at me while I ate, not long after I sat down, everyone who was in the dinner eventually left, after I gave them a go ahead. While I had some idea of why they could be scared of me, I had no idea what it actually was about me that was scaring them.

They were like deer caught in a car's lights.

Was it because of my eyes? Surely not, while it may be unsettling, I doubt it would be why they were so afraid of me.

I could swear I heard something buzzing in the distance, and as the noise gradually grew louder, I couldn't help but start growing annoyed.

Then it got to the point of being so loud, that it sounded as if a hurricane was right outside the diner, and that's when the doors and windows of the dinner were smashed in and people wearing some kind of armor came running in.

The color scheme and design of their outfits were somewhat familiar to me, but what really caught my attention was a particular symbol on their body armor.

A symbol with two circles, the outer circle was shaped almost like that of a vault door, while the inner symbol was a circle with three arrows interlinked in the circle and pointing straight into the middle of the empty space in the middle of both circles.

It was the symbol of the S.C.P. Foundation.

'Not the time,' I thought to myself, gazing to where I felt my Patron watching me.

Looking away and back towards the Task Force all pointing their weapons at me, I simply raised my hands.

"Welcome, gentlemen, what can I do for you?" I asked, as I quickly went over my opinions.

My first option was that I could fight back, and therefore cause one of the strongest organizations on this Earth to target me, and more than likely, cause me quite a bit of trouble.

For my second option, I could simply leave instantly to my Grand Manor, or use my Psychopomp abilities to take myself and everyone around me straight to my Demi-plane.

Or, for my third option, cooperate, and to be honest, this sounded like the best option for me.

I didn't want to go murder hobo on the Task Force around me, nor did I want to escape, so, I simply leaned back into my seat, and lowered my arms, grabbing a cub and drinking some sweet and wonderfully cold tea.

"Put your arms up!" One of the task force soldiers shouted at me, which I calmly retorted with, "No thanks. Do you mind if I talk to your supervisor?"

The Task Force soldiers stared at me for what felt like a few minutes before one of them finally stepped forward.

"You need to come with us," He commanded.

"What's in it for me?" I asked.

"We don't take you there in a body bag," He replied, which caused me to laugh.

Sure, I was by no means immortal, but I could at the very least kill all of them before I went down, and even then, this new body of mine might even be able to endure getting shot.

It seems I had unnevered them with my laugh, as they tensed, yet didn't fire, at least not yet.

"To be honest with you boys, I doubt you'll be able to kill me before I kill all of you," I explained.

"Tell you what, I'll come with you if my interrogation room is comfortable, and I get some good food, how about it?" I offered, still feeling hungry.

The Task Force members looked between one another as they considered my offer.

"I'm afraid it's not up to us," The Captain informed me.

"Fine, just tell your boss that if I don't get what I ask for, I will not hold back, especially since you all are proving to be quite rude, and yes, that is both a threat and a promise," I informed him, as my smile widened.

Little did I know, but all of the Task Force members before me felt a suffocating aura emit from my body with the threat, causing them all to feel fear and for their subconscious to warn them in the back of their minds, telling them 'You will die.'

Standing up from the seat, I couldn't help but stretch as I felt a bit better after eating.

"So? What are we waiting for? Let's get moving," I told the T.F. members, a smile on my face, showing just how little I cared for them pointing their guns at me.
