I thought it was only right that I did a build to showcase all 3 parts of The Coastal Collection that have been released so far. There will be a YouTube speed build out for this on Sunday, but I wanted to let you guys see all the screenshots early and also have access to the tray files before anybody else. I did build this lot with my current household in mind. They have a toddler & infant boy & they are hoping to add a little girl to the family soon, so I created a nursery for the near future. This house has so many activities for the family to do. I think this has to be the most activity items I've ever added into a single build, but I wanted to make sure you're sims would be kept entertained for a very long time. There is also a guest bedroom set up for if the grandparents decide to come over for an extended stay. Hope you enjoy!

How to install tray files

1. Download & unzip the .zip file
2. Copy the files contained within this folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
3. Launch your game 4. Load the lot you wish to place the build in.
5. Enable MOO (bb.moveobjects) 6. Open the in game library
7. Check "enable custom content" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options. Without this selected you won't be able to see any of my cc filled builds in your library.
8. Locate the build and place
9. ENJOY!
